Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using Didcal. The short version: your data is yours, early access is free, and don’t use Didcal to watch other people.
The service
Didcal is a calendar that shows what you planned next to what you did. It comes as a web app at didcal.com, a Mac app and an iPhone app, all signed in to the same Didcal account. It syncs your Google calendars both ways, writes your work blocks to an Actual calendar in your Google account, and can show sleep and workouts from WHOOP or Oura, plus your routines, habits, focus blocks and todos.
Claude Code activity comes only from the Mac app. It reads your sessions on your Mac and uploads summaries, which the web and iPhone apps then show.
Your account
You need a Didcal account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in and your linked devices secure. You can revoke a Mac or an iPhone at any time in Settings › Devices.
Early access
Didcal is in early access. It is provided as is, it changes often, and features may come and go. Early access is free.
Plans and team seats
Paid plans and team seats, when offered, are bought and managed on the web at didcal.com only, through Clerk Billing and Stripe. The Mac and iPhone apps do not sell anything. They show your current plan, which comes from your account.
Acceptable use
Connect only calendars, accounts, devices and sessions you are allowed to read. Don’t use Didcal to monitor other people. Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or reach data that is not yours.
Third-party services
Google, WHOOP and Oura are separate services with their own terms. Didcal only reaches them with your permission, and you can remove that permission at any time.
Your data
You own your data. Claude Code transcripts stay on your Mac; only summaries are uploaded. Details are on the privacy page.
Stopping
You can stop at any time: disconnect your Google, WHOOP and Oura accounts in Connections, revoke your devices, delete the apps, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
When these terms change, a post on the blog will say so before the change applies.
